Before his current role,Chukuemeka spent seven years in the banking sector with Diamond Bank Plc, where he honed his expertise in financial operations, risk assessment, and strategic planning. His career has been marked by a commitment to delivering high-impact, sustainable programs, leveraging strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
With extensive experience managing high-performing teams, Chukuemeka has successfully overseen projects funded by leading global donors, including CDC, USAID, BEP, PMI, BMGF, GID, and the Global Fund. His leadership and dedication to excellence have earned him the prestigious Global Executive Leadership Award from Howard University School of Business, underscoring his influence and contributions to financial management in development projects.
