This was during the start of the 2nd workshop of the frontline FETP involving Anambra and Enugu states.So far AFENET with support from CDC Global Health Security Agenda has supported frontline FETP training in 8 states namely Kano, Rivers, Lagos,Benue, Bauchi, Gombe ,Enugu and Anambra training 625 health care workers in 179 Local Government Areas(LGAs) (districts )representing nearly a quarter of all LGAs in the country. The focus is to build frontline health care workers capacity to prevent, detect and respond to public health emergencies rapidly and effectively.
